- Food Technology/Food Safety/Microbiology degree
Job Description
How you will contribute:
You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process, and product specifications, provide basic food safety requirements advice, and direct technical questions to the Food Safety Team.
What you will bring:
- Scientific grounding in food microbiology or food science
- Passion for a technical area and a continuous improvement mentality
- Fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze technical information
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Food safety assessments of materials and specifications approvals
- Collate supplier information to decide on food safety requirements
- Build food safety specifications in SAP PLM
Candidate Requirements:
- Understanding of ingredients and manufacturing processes
- First food safety requirement experience
