Job Posting Details:
- Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Project Title: Engineering SbERF37 and SbERF100 expression for yield optimization under constrained environmental conditions in Sorghum (SERB-funded)
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree (minimum 60% marks or above) in Plant Sciences, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or Bioinformatics.
- Must have qualified CSIR-UGC NET or equivalent fellowship as per DBT/DST guidelines.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong theoretical background in plant genetic engineering.
- Research experience in molecular biology and plant tissue culture in monocots.
- Consistently good academic record.
Age Limit: 28 years (as on the date of application). Relaxation as per Government of India norms (SC/ST/OBC).
Salary: ₹31,000 per month + HRA (as per rules).
