Education

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Master’s or PhD preferred).
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Information and Medical Writing.
- 2+ years of understanding regulatory policies for HCP and patient interactions.
- Experience with GxP requirements and adverse event reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM/CMS platforms and data analytics.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English (advanced level).
Job Description
The Medical Information Specialist at Viatris will be responsible for providing scientific and technical support in response to unsolicited inquiries. The role
focuses on creating and maintaining Global Scientific Response Documents (GSRDs), managing escalated queries, peer reviewing colleagues’ work, performing literature searches, and contributing to global medical information initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- Creates, maintains, and reviews Global Scientific Response Documents (GSRDs) and other related content in different formats.
- Researches and analyzes scientific information to answer escalated MI inquiries.
- Performs high-quality searches of medical literature in response to customer inquiries.
- Delivers accurate and balanced query responses to internal and external customers.
- Supports the provision of MI training, including Medical Writing.
