Job Description:
As a Site Selection Lead at Fortrea, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire feasibility and site identification process. Working closely with Global Feasibility Leads, you will design surveys, manage site outreach, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional global teams to drive effective results. This role requires expertise in clinical research and the ability to drive high-quality site identification outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop initial site lists in conjunction with Global Feasibility Leads.
- Oversee the entire feasibility and site identification process, including survey programming, site outreach, progress reporting, and customer interaction.
- Collaborate with global teams to gather and analyze investigator and country feedback.
- Conduct feasibility and site identification studies within timelines and client expectations.
- Manage site list requirements and evaluate potential sources of site information.
- Create and manage electronic surveys using company tools.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of survey-driven data.
- Identify potential risks and discuss contingency plans with stakeholders.
- Train and guide feasibility and site identification teams.
- Liaise with cross-functional global teams, including legal, start-up, clinical, and project management.
- Contribute to audits, documentation, and system implementation.
