Key Responsibilities
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly, including history, physical exams, diagnostic findings, test results, medical decisions, and treatment plans.
• Maintain professional and unobtrusive communication with physicians to ensure comprehensive and precise charting.
• Create structured medical notes in alignment with the physician’s documentation style.
• Navigate and update hospital Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and internal data privacy policies.
• Demonstrate consistent reliability in attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree in Life Sciences.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong comprehension of American English accents.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence construction skills.
- Ability to accurately type and edit medical text.
- Comfort with computers and software applications.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality of patient data.
Experience
• Fresh graduates from Life Sciences are encouraged to apply.
