Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Executive, you will work in downstream biopharma manufacturing and gain hands-on experience in critical processes. This role, perfect for freshers, requires you to handle specific responsibilities such as:
- Maintaining aseptic behavior inside the BMP1 facility.
- Performing downstream operations such as buffer preparation, chromatography, filtration (TFF, viral, depth), and harvest clarification.
- Operating and cleaning downstream equipment according to SOPs.
- Supporting in-process sampling, quality documentation, and BMR records.
- Coordinating with QA for inspections, audits, and line clearance.
- Handling room and equipment ownership responsibilities.
- Assisting in the shipment of samples and final products.
- Supporting error-free batch execution and timely closure of documents.
Education and Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers seeking a junior executive job and candidates with up to 4 years of experience are eligible. Practical exposure to downstream manufacturing using CHO cell lines (such as monoclonal antibodies and fusion proteins) will be an added advantage.
