Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct enzyme assays as per R&D protocols
● Assist in baking trials for product development
● Carry out shelf-life studies of food products
● Perform proximate analysis (moisture, fat, protein, fiber, ash, carbohydrate)
● Maintain proper documentation, data tabulation, and records
● Support R&D team in product development and process improvements
Skills Required:
● Knowledge of food science and analytical methods
● Laboratory handling skills with attention to detail
● Good record-keeping and analytical mindset
● Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
