Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Research Associate to join our team in agricultural research. The role involves hands-on laboratory experiments, electrochemical testing, soil analysis, and data management. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals from Chemistry, Biology, or Agriculture backgrounds who are eager to build their careers in agriculture and research-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Lab Work, Data & Reporting

• Conduct laboratory experiments and perform electrochemical tests using a potentiostat.

• Carry out soil analysis, sample testing, and interpretation of results for field trials.

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.

• Document experimental data in logs, notebooks, and databases; prepare research reports.

• Utilize software tools (e.g., MS Excel) for data analysis and reporting.

Protocol & Compliance

• Follow internal SOPs and safety guidelines during experiments.

• Ensure accurate documentation, labeling, and safe storage of samples.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory and field environment.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with senior scientists and project leads in research activities.

• Assist in coordinating daily research tasks and contribute during project meetings.
