Position: Project Research Scientist I
Essential Qualification: Masters in Science or B.Tech in Computer or Biotechnology or Bioinformatics
Basic Salary
: ₹56000+HRAExperience Required: 0
Work Description:
Multi-omics data analysis, including GWAS and NGS data, data representation & Visualisation, scientific writing
Desirable Qualification:
- Two years experience in Research and development in industry or academic institution
- Hands-on research experience of genomics-based investigations, flexible with Experimental or Bioinformatics strength.
- Proficient in using Linux and Python, R, or C++, and programming
- Experience in handling and analyzing Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data, including transcriptomics data.
- Creating analysis pipeline designs using coding languages. 6. websites, and databases preferably using PHP and HTML
