About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Microbiologist to join our laboratory team. Freshers with strong academic knowledge and enthusiasm for microbiology are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
1. Microbiological Testing & Analysis
● Perform sterility testing, bioburden, microbial limits, and environmental monitoring as per ISO standards and SOPs.
● Conduct microbiological testing for stability studies as per protocol.
2. Quality Control Activities
● Execute microbiological QC tests in the lab and on-site when required.
● Analyze samples for microbial contamination, record results, and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
● Maintain and test control samples as needed.
3. Documentation & Protocol Management
● Prepare and maintain protocols, reports, and related documentation.
● Ensure compliance with ALCOA+ principles and GMP requirements.
● Maintain logbooks, calibration records, and test reports.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Liaison
● Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
● Support audits and inspections by providing microbiology-related documentation.
● Coordinate with external labs/service providers for validations, calibrations, and testing services.
5. Process Improvement & Reporting
● Contribute to improving microbiological testing methods and lab procedures.
● Prepare and submit final analysis reports to stakeholders.
6. Training & Awareness
● Stay updated with current microbiological practices and regulatory guidelines.
● Participate in trainings and support QA, RA, and Production teams.
Qualifications & Skills
● B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology or related Life Sciences.
● Knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and GMP guidelines.
● Strong documentation and reporting skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to work in compliance-driven environments.
