JRF Recruitment 2025 NIFTEM
NTIBIF is seeking applications for the contractual positions of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the project:
- Project ID: N/E/FST/2025/0148
- Project Title: Development and characterization of healthy almond-based products utilizing almond flour & their shelf-life assessment
- Designation: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Number of Positions: Two (2)
- Duration: 15 months, or co-terminus with the project (whichever is earlier)
- Emoluments per Month: ₹37,000 + 10% HRA
Essential Qualifications for Food Technology Job:
JRF 1: Master’s degree (minimum 60%) in:
- Food Technology / Food Process Technology
- Food Science and Technology / Food Science
- Food Technology and Management
- Food Process Engineering Management
- Food Safety & Quality Management
- Food Engineering / Dairy Technology / Dairy Chemistry
JRF 2: Master’s degree (minimum 60%) in:
- Biotechnology / Biochemistry
- Food Biotechnology / Industrial Biotechnology
- Food Chemistry / Biochemical Engineering
- Animal Biochemistry / Animal Biotechnology
Desirable Qualifications:
- Strong expertise and previous work experience in product development & characterization (for JRF 1).
- Analytical, in vitro, and/or in vivo bioavailability assessment (for JRF 2).
- Candidates who have qualified NET (UGC/CSIR/ICAR) and/or GATE are preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
