Job Description
The Junior Executive – Quality Control Biologics will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the Quality Control department. This role involves managing procurement activities, performing material and product analysis, and ensuring that all lab instruments and equipment are properly maintained and
calibrated. The successful candidate will work in a shift-based schedule, ensuring seamless operations.Key Responsibilities
- Procurement & Inventory: Handle procurement activities for quality control biologics, coordinating with purchasing and QC teams to ensure timely acquisition of chemicals, kits, and reagents.
- Testing & Analysis: Perform sampling of raw materials and consumables. Analyze in-process and finished products on a rotational shift basis. Analyze stability samples and perform routine analytical activities.
- Equipment Maintenance: Manage the calibration of QC instruments and equipment. Coordinate with external vendors for timely calibration and preventive maintenance (PM) activities. Ensure all storage chambers are maintained at the correct temperature limits.
- Documentation & Compliance: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Ensure error-free analysis and documentation. Support audit readiness and complete corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0.2 – 3 years.
- Education: B.Sc.
- Key Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with team leads, sourcing teams, and other departments.
- Basic computer skills.
