Job Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical trials to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement tools, processes, and procedures for quality monitoring.
- Collaborate with study teams for timely data collection, reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
- Mentor junior professionals in monitoring practices.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical data through audits and source verification.
- Maintain thorough documentation of monitoring activities, findings, and corrective actions.
- Communicate with study sites, investigators, and stakeholders to address study conduct issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field.
- Experience in clinical research is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Certifications

Clinical research certifications such as CCRP or CCRA (preferred but not required).
Skills Required
- Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
