Key Responsibilities
As a TMF Specialist, you will:
- Process study documents per ICON SOPs, client requirements, and regulations.
- Liaise with study teams and TMF staff to meet project needs.
- Maintain study files in accordance with study/client requirements, as well as regulatory standards.
- Perform document receipt, review, quality control, indexing, scanning, filing, and archiving.
- Support departmental projects within defined timelines.
- Provide updates and documentation for client and departmental reports.
- Participate in audits, quality reviews, and training programs.
- Collaborate with clients and ICON management on project-related issues as needed.
- Handle special projects as assigned by the manager.
What Do You Need?
- 1–15 years of TMF experience with deep knowledge of clinical study documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with project teams, staff, clients, and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (preferred).
