Clinical Research Associate Role – Key Responsibilities
- Frontline liaison between Novartis and sites to ensure successful collaboration
- Manages assigned study sites, conducting phase I-IV protocols
- Performs Site Initiation Visit and continuous site monitoring activities
- Identifies deficiencies in site processes and promotes a compliance culture
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to manage the data query resolution process
