About the Role
As a Clinical Data Specialist at Novartis, you'll be engaged in an essential role tied to a Clinical Data Specialist job. You will:
- Contribute to all aspects of global clinical trials with oversight, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with standards.
- Play a key role in study start-up activities, including protocol development, CRF development, and informed consent development.
- Support site selection by analyzing capabilities and making trial recommendations.
- Ensure accurate study conduct, site close-out, drug accountability, and audit readiness of Trial Master File documentation.
- Promote education, compliance with SOPs, and share best practices in clinical operations and data review.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead/Support study deliverables within defined scope, ensuring quality and compliance. In this Clinical Data Specialist job, your input is crucial.

Minimum Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Experience in clinical operations, project management, and financial management.
- Knowledge in trial planning, feasibility, regulatory strategy, OTC product development, and safety reporting.
- Strong skills in collaboration, operations execution, and compliance management.
Education
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
- English fluency (both spoken and written) is required.
