Job Description
Indivirtus Global is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead and oversee clinical trials from initiation through close-out. The role requires strong project management skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of clinical studies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage clinical trials from initiation to close-out, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and forecast budgets for clinical studies.
• Monitor site activities, patient recruitment, and ensure protocol compliance.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, clinical sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans during the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of clinical research teams, CROs, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in clinical research roles such as CRA or project coordination (project management exposure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and project management principles.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours as per project requirements.
