Job Title: Medical Scribe

Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time Employment (aligned with U.S. night shift hours)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Principal Tasks & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Documenting patient encounters accurately and promptly, including history, physical exams, diagnostic findings, test results, medical decisions, and treatment plans.
• Maintaining professional and unobtrusive communication with physicians to ensure comprehensive and precise charting.
• Creating structured medical notes in alignment with the physician’s documentation style.
• Navigating and updating hospital Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Ensuring full compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and internal data privacy policies.
• Demonstrating consistent and reliable attendance, punctuality, and adaptability to U.S. night shift schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Graduate degree in Life Sciences (or related field).
2. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
3. Strong comprehension of American English accents.
4. Excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence construction skills.
5. Ability to type and edit text accurately and efficiently.
6. Proficiency with computers, EHR systems, and software applications.
7. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Strong ethical standards with a commitment to confidentiality of patient data.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Medical Scribe or in clinical documentation.
• Expected to work scheduled night shifts, weekends, and holidays as per U.S. healthcare requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume documentation with precision and timeliness.
• Proven commitment to professional ethics and patient data confidentiality.
