Suma Soft is hiring a Research Associate to strengthen its oncology clinical trial operations in Pune. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on expertise in CTMS tools (OnCore preferred) and experience in clinical trial calendar design.
Key Responsibilities

Interpret clinical trial protocols to ensure accurate trial execution.

Design oncology clinical trial calendars for effective site and study management.

Contribute to protocol-based budgeting (CTA) for clinical trials.

Work with CTMS tools (OnCore preferred) to manage study data and timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in protocol interpretation and calendar design.

Hands-on experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS).

Strong understanding of oncology clinical research operations.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
