As an R&D Workforce Engagement Specialist at Sanofi, you will be responsible for shaping internal messaging across multiple formats and channels. - Develop workforce engagement plans in collaboration with R&D departments.
- Create and manage engaging content across platforms (Buzz, Yammer, newsletters, presentations, leadership messages, etc.).
- Produce multimedia content including videos, stories, graphics, and illustrations.
- Edit, proofread, and refine communication materials for accuracy and readability.
- Actively connect with cross-functional R&D teams to capture updates and initiatives.
- Manage distribution and updates of content across all channels.
- Present creative concepts effectively to internal stakeholders.
R&D Jobs at Sanofi – Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in workforce engagement, communications, or marketing (pharmaceutical sector preferred). Project management experience is desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of Canva, Lumen 5, and SharePoint Online is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Creativity, adaptability, strong writing and editing skills, ability to work under tight timelines, and a collaborative mindset.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English; French and German are a plus.
