Role Description
We are seeking an Analytical Associate to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to bringing our innovative products to market. The role requires strong technical expertise in designing and maintaining quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and effectiveness of our products.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain detailed guidelines for quality standards and compliance.
• Update and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements.
• Define quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor the full production cycle and conduct regular testing to identify potential malfunctions early.
• Develop strategies to assess the accuracy and precision of production and analytical equipment.
• Inspect product materials, systems, and processes for defects and durability.
• Perform root cause analysis of technical issues and recommend corrective measures.
• Document and report malfunctions, fixes, and corrective actions.
• Review and maintain blueprints, SOPs, and quality documentation.
• Tabulate and document data related to processes, materials, and product quality.
• Set and track measurable quality assurance goals (e.g., reduce turnaround time for quality checks).
• Coordinate with external auditors and technicians to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with operations managers to implement controls and product improvements.
• Work with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction by enhancing product quality.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
• Strong project management, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and handle new assignments effectively.
• Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.
Preferred Qualities
• Experience in developing and implementing quality control strategies.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvements.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
