About the Role
Join our team to gain hands-on experience in laboratory and healthcare operations. You will work closely with experts to optimize workflows, analyze operational data, and contribute to efficiency improvement projects in clinical laboratories and blood banks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site assessments of laboratories and blood banks.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data such as turnaround times, workflow, and resource utilization.
- Support layout planning, workflow mapping, and process documentation.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and customer use.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during efficiency and transformation projects.
- Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality Management Apply principles of in healthcare settings.
Who We’re Looking For
- Postgraduate or final-year student in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Laboratory Technology, or Healthcare Management.
- Prior exposure (internship, coursework, or work experience) in clinical laboratories, diagnostics, or healthcare operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
