Responsibilities
- Technical queries via handling emails pertaining to Lab Water portfolio – NI process.
- Manage Milli Q Work Orders and follow-up on issues.
- Assign Lab queue cases to respective belongings by reviewing quote and PO.
- Entry of product code stocks in Oracle according to stock adjustments.
- Closing the BioM RMA & Billable repairs queue cases by emailing to the customer for service order request confirmation.
Your Role:
- Managing workflow of transactional activity.
- Creating effective communication on process during BCP and internal resource availability.
- Completing tasks within SLA agreed timelines and quality metrics.
- Implementing changes aligned to change management and strategic requirements.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Organic/Physical Chemistry.
- Basic knowledge on Analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc).
