Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Support the sales organization on existing and new products
- Be responsible for the assigned product line in the defined territory
- Provide technical support, answer inquiries, and resolve implementation problems
- Support the quality department in the quality complaint process
- Collect and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback
- Report on competitors’ products
- Provide product training and run workshops and seminars
- Conduct trials and demos
Qualification & Skills:
- Academic Masters degree or equivalent in Life Sciences – Biotechnology
- Familiarity with life science application experiment technology
- Proven experience of above 8 years in Pharma/ Biopharma / Life sciences industry
- Strong learning ability and expert knowledge base
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and ideally in other local languages
