Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E in Biomedical Engineering (2025 passout) or Bachelor’s in Pharma/Pharma Management
- Minimum 60% aggregate score with no backlogs
- No gaps in education
- Freshers preferred (no prior work experience)
- The candidate should be from the Delhi NCR region
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to enhance knowledge and skills
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo intensive technical training on therapies and products
- Demonstrate proficiency in product and therapy knowledge
- Receive orientation on OT and OPDs and provide implant support
- Meet customers to raise therapy and product awareness
- Conduct training sessions for hospital staff and surgeons on high-end equipment
- Support live surgeries in operating theaters regularly
- Participate in workshops and regional conferences
- Conduct demos and provide application support, handling required logistics
- Maximize product utilization by end users
- Assist the team with technical or clinical discussions and materials
- Travel extensively within the region (50%+ travel)
- Work independently while actively contributing to the team
- Maintain documentation and periodic reporting of all activities, training, demos, and field coverage
