Consolidated Pay: INR 1,00,000 per month
Scope of the Project
The successful candidate will work on the Genetic Analysis of various health conditions, including metabolic, immune, cardiovascular, and cancer risk predisposition. Key responsibilities include
mapping genomic traits, translating genetic insights, and more.Skills Required
The ideal candidate should have familiarity with variant annotation, GWAS/PRS workflows, epigenomic/transcriptomic data analysis, biological pathway & network analysis, and programming in Python, R, or MATLAB.
Desired Qualifications
Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology with a focus on data, and experience in relevant areas. Bonus skills include experience with pharmacogenomics and consumer genomics.
