The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati invites eligible candidates for a Walk-in Interview for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF – GATE) under the project titled “Co-cultivation of Spirulina Sp. and Porphyridium sp. for simultaneous production of phycocyanin and phycoerythrin at pilot scale”.

Position Details:

- Fellowship: ₹37,000 + 16% HRA (₹5,920) = Total ₹42,920 per month
- Duration: 10 months
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences OR Graduate/Postgraduate Degree in Professional Course.
- Must qualify through one of the following:
- CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship/Assistant Professorship) or GATE.
- Selection through national-level examinations conducted by Central Government departments/agencies (DST, DBT, DAE, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IISc, IISER, etc.).
