Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy and Execution:
- Document Preparation, Development, and Finalization
- Conducting effective document initiation meetings
- Coordinating expert/scientific reviews
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Preparing final versions of documents
2. Project and Stakeholder Management:
- Leading the writing process
- Applying effective project management skills
- Communicating project status to stakeholders
3. Knowledge and Skills Development:
- Maintaining and enhancing therapeutic area knowledge
- Adapting to different document types, therapeutic areas, and compounds
- Updating knowledge of regulatory guidelines and publication guidelines
4. Knowledge Sharing:
- Providing coaching and technical guidance
- Sharing best practices and contributing to process improvements
- Expertise in databases and other tools
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field
- Demonstrated experience in technical/regulatory scientific writing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Preferences
- Graduate degree with a research component or in life sciences
- Demonstrated mastery of written English skills
- Experience in clinical development, clinical trial process, or regulatory activities
