- Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Natural Sciences or Agricultural Sciences / MVSc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
- Desirable Qualification: Experience in basic molecular biology techniques; Experience in Drosophila handling is desirable.
- Fellowship: ₹ 31,000/- + 08% HRA pm for qualified candidates with national level examination qualifications; ₹ 25,000/- + 08% HRA pm for others.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
- Project Investigator: Dr. M. Dhruba Singh, Scientist IV, NBRC
- Tenure: One year, renewable for one more year
- Accommodation: Subject to availability
