Job Description
The Quality Assurance Executive will support and strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and other regulatory requirements. The role involves document control, audit support, CAPA management, and cross-functional coordination to maintain high-quality standards across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Ensure proper document and record control in compliance with ISO 13485.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and support audit readiness.
- Manage CAPA activities, conduct root cause analysis, and handle complaints.
- Present QMS performance reports to the Quality Head/Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance and quality improvements.
- Support supplier evaluation, communication, and audit coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related Life Sciences field.
- Specialization in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharma, or Life Sciences).
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and MDSAP standards.
- Strong documentation, audit, and scientific writing skills.
- Internal Auditor certification is a plus.
