About the Institution
Welcome to the Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine (BRIC-inStem)! BRIC-inStem is an autonomous research institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. We focus on collaborative research in stem cell biology, regeneration, and repair, with a special emphasis on translation. As part of our ongoing project funded by the Gates Foundation, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team:
- Position: Project Associate-I/II
- Monthly Emoluments: ₹28,000 + HRA
- No. of Post: 01
- Age Limit: 35 years
Essential Qualification: Master’s in Science or Bachelor’s in Technology
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in Assay development and HTS screening
- Prior experience in protein production and purification
- Experience in DLS, CD, and thermal shift assay
Job Description:
- Cloning, protein expression, and purification studies
- Support large-scale protein production for X-ray crystallography and HTS screening
- Design and execute high-throughput assays for screening compound libraries
Tenure: 11 months (renewable based on requirement)
