Position Details:
- Post: Senior Project Associate (01)
- Emoluments: ₹42,000/- plus 27% HRA per month (as per project sanction)
- Upper Age Limit: 40 years (as on closing date)
Essential Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Plant Science, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Medicine with 4 years’ R&D experience in academic, industrial, or S&T organizations, OR
- Doctoral degree in Science/Engineering/Technology from a recognized institution.
Desirable Experience:
- Molecular Biology and Gene Function Analysis
- Protein Chemistry and Mass Spectrometry-Based Proteomics
- Metabolomics and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)
- Computational Analysis of Multiomics Data
- Crop Genetic Improvement and Gene Editing
Tenure & Conditions:
The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The initial appointment will be for one year or until project completion, whichever is earlier. Tenure may be curtailed based on performance. Reservation will be as per the Government of India norms. No claim for a regular appointment will be entertained.
