About the Role:
We are seeking a Patent Search Analyst to join our IP Search Team in Noida on a fixed-term basis. As a Senior Analyst, you will work on projects such as Prior-art Searching, Evidence-of-Use, and Freedom-to-Operate searches in the chem/Pharma domain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
- 2 years of IP service experience & intermediate knowledge of patent law
- Expertise in utilizing patent and non-patent literature search databases
- Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- M. Sc/M.Tech/Ph. D degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct searches for technical information to support patent-related decisions
- Analyze patents and non-patent literature
- Interpret technical nuances of disclosures
- Ensure comprehensive search strategies
- Collaborate with customers and meet project objectives
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Hours of Work:
This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours per week based in Noida, India (IST).
