- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Biotechnology.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Sound knowledge of analytical method development and qualification.
- Experience in biosimilar development for regulated markets is desirable.
- Experience in analytical development for monoclonal antibodies and peptides is highly desirable.
Job Objective:
Searching for a highly motivated candidate having technical expertise in Biosimilar product analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HPLC-based methods for protein and peptide products.
- Design and implement strategies for qualitative and quantitative assessment of product variants and impurities.
- Develop novel sample preparation techniques, including RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, CEX-HPLC, etc.
- Design advanced workflows for measuring and characterizing process-related impurities at different stages of product development.
- Qualify methods for intended purposes for all pipeline products.
- Conduct routine in-process sample analysis.
- Prepare and review method development reports and analytical test procedures.
- Operate and maintain the analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP regulations.
- Manage regulatory queries and draft technical content for regulatory dossiers.
