Job Description
The Invitro ADME Scientist will support the ADME team in planning and executing metabolic stability, CYP inhibition, and TDI-IC50 shift assays using human liver microsomes. The role requires strong technical expertise, time management, and multitasking skills to manage high-volume ADME studies while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute in-vitro ADME assays including metabolic stability and CYP inhibition studies.
- Design and conduct single-point inhibition, reversible CYPIC50 inhibition, and TDI-IC50 shift assays.
- Collaborate seamlessly with BA-DMPK groups to design CYP inhibition studies.
- Prepare SOPs and EOPs, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately report study results in cross-functional scientific meetings.
- Ensure strict adherence to environment, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
- Train and guide team members on EHS practices.
Qualifications
- M.Pharm in pharmaceutical sciences / M.Sc. in biological sciences / PhD.
- 1–15 years of industrial experience in DMPK/ADME research.
- Strong knowledge of enzyme kinetics, in vitro ADME assays, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and GraphPad Prism; experience with automation preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills with a proven record of scientific publications.
