Job Summary:

Azooka Life Sciences seeks a motivated Research Associate – R&D to develop next-gen genomics and diagnostic products. The role covers product development, lab experiments, technical documentation, and product support, requiring a life sciences degree, molecular biology skills, and a passion for turning science into real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Drive the development of innovative products from concept through laboratory validation to market launch.
• Product Ownership: Manage and take responsibility for a given product line, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
• Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance for your product line, including customer-facing problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Research Execution: Design, plan, and execute experiments aligned with project objectives.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed scientific publications, technical reports, and product documentation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the production, quality control, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product integration and delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or related field, with 1-year R&D experience (internships considered). Proficient in molecular biology techniques (PCR, nucleic acid handling, gel electrophoresis) and skilled in data analysis and interpretation.
