Job Purpose:
Execute analysis of allocated samples and produce reliable and reproducible results to ensure compliance with microbiological quality parameters and predefined
specifications.Key Accountabilities:
1. Analyse and Review Samples:
- Analyse and review samples based on work allocation
- Review data as per specifications and methods
- Prepare and submit reports within timelines
2. Report Errors and Non-Compliances:
- Report errors promptly and take necessary actions
- Investigate incidents and lab errors
3. Document Entries and Findings:
- Document entries and findings in test data sheets
- Review reports for compliance to standards
Key Interactions:
1. Daily Interactions:
- Units for receiving specifications
- QA/QC for product sample release
- Stores for procuring materials
2. As Needed Interactions:
- CQA for procuring pharmacopial guidelines
Dimensions:
- Review and release daily MLT reports
- Review and release sterility batches
- Water samples analysis and release
Education Qualification: M. Sc (Microbiology)
Relevant Work Experience: 1-5 years for an analyst, 3-7 years for a reviewer in Microbiology
