Key Responsibilities
● Ensure compliance with cGLP and cGMP practices in the laboratory.
● Maintain good housekeeping and proper cleaning documentation.
● Execute microbiological activities with accurate documentation.
● Perform sampling and testing of water (chemical and microbial analysis).
● Conduct environmental monitoring of microbiology lab and production areas with records.
● Procure, maintain, and handle microbial cultures.
● Prepare and document disinfectants used for lab cleaning and sanitization.
● Perform testing and operations as per approved SOPs.
● Calibrate
● Coordinate with microbiologists for routine analysis.
● Handle change control, deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) cases.
● Conduct Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) for raw materials, finished products, intermediates, stability samples, and packaging materials.
● Perform analytical method validation and related documentation.
● Carry out Bioassay & Preservative Efficacy Tests with proper documentation.
● Maintain and review logbooks, records, and analytical documentation.
● Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions, reagents, and indicators.
● Support tasks assigned by the Head Microbiologist.
● Ensure compliance with GMP and maintain data integrity across all microbiological activities.
