Job Description:
As a Senior Executive – Medical Writing at Syngene, you will play a critical role in developing and finalizing clinical and scientific documents for global regulatory submissions. This includes Bioanalytical Reports, Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), and eCTD modules across diverse therapeutic areas and phases of clinical research. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clarity, compliance, and operational excellence. Additionally, you will conduct literature reviews, perform quality checks, and contribute to maintaining high standards of regulatory and scientific communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and finalize high-quality scientific and clinical documents for regulatory submissions (e.g., Bioanalytical reports, CSRs, eCTD modules).
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver projects on time with scientific accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, SOPs, client style guides, and conventions.
- Perform documented quality control (QC) checks and address findings promptly.
- Conduct literature searches to support scientific content development.
- Manage writing and review processes to achieve operational excellence.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Life Sciences (Master’s preferred).
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in medical writing or clinical research.
- Strong understanding of clinical research and regulatory processes.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and related tools.
- Excellent comprehension of scientific information.

- Quick learner with professionalism and effective time management.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of clinical research and regulatory submissions.
