Qualifications / Experience

PhD, M.Tech, or M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Microbiology.

Freshers and candidates with 2–8 years of relevant experience may apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
Analytical Group
- Design, perform, and review HPLC\UPLC, structural, and mass spectrometry experiments.
- Development, qualification of analytical methods, and technology transfer.
- Prepare STP, SOP, and TTD documentation.
- Calibrate instruments and ensure laboratory compliance.
- Manage samples and procure materials for lab activities.
Formulation Development Group

Support R&D formulation development for innovative biotech products.
Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) R&D and Manufacturing

Contribute to CGT research, development, and process improvement.
Quality Control
-
Perform QC activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and product quality.
