- Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, Food and Nutrition, or a closely related field.
- Desirable: 1-2 years of experience in training or capacity building in food fortification projects, industry, or consultancy. Familiarity with organizing or conducting stakeholder training
sessions. - Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (relaxation of 5 years for women/SC/ST/OBC/differently abled as per the govt. of India Rules).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with partner organizations and stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and training needs across geographies.
- Design and execute capacity-building initiatives, including Training-of-Trainers (ToT) models for rice fortification.
- Manage all training activities for stakeholders involved in rice fortification.
- Support the Knowledge Management Officer in developing communication materials, training modules, and IEC packages.
- Assist in organizing field-level workshops, training logistics, documentation, and feedback collection.
- Maintain records of training outputs and contribute to project reporting and monitoring frameworks.
Preferred Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi, presentation, training delivery, and public speaking abilities, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
