Overview:
The Associate Manager, Diagnostics Oncology, will be responsible for educating medical Oncologists, Pathologists, and other stakeholders on predictive biomarkers and driving enhanced adoption of testing. This role is based in Bangalore and reports to the Associate Director of Marketing, Oncology.
Key Responsibilities:
Enabling Testing and Expansion:
- Focus on increasing PD-L1 testing by assessing current testing methods in assigned accounts.
- Educate on pan-tumour CPS and TPS testing techniques and materials.
- Evaluate current diagnostic tests and plan actions for improved standards.
- Partner with the Marketing team for Panel testing launch.
Field Coverage:
- Ensure south zone coverage by visiting HQs, engaging with accounts, and HCPs.
- Plan joint calls with sales & marketing teams for educating stakeholders.
- Organize daily reports and action plans arising from the biomarkers’ strategy.
Activity Execution & Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing & sales to engage Pathologists in educational meetings.
- Plan programs to train Pathologists on TPS & CPS.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences.
- Experience in Oncology and/or Biomarkers.
- Minimum 3 years of biotech or medical selling experience.
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
