Job Summary:
As a Trainee Executive, you will undergo practical training and contribute to core operations in Manufacturing (Injectables & Packing), Engineering, or Microbiology. This role is designed for recent graduates looking to start a promising career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day operations within your assigned department (Manufacturing, Packing, Engineering, or Microbiology).
• Support quality assurance and compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
• Participate in on-the-job training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and observations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow and continuous improvement.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and GMP guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: B.Sc, (Life Sciences), or B.Pharma
• Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025
• Gender: Male candidates only (as specified by the employer)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
