Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide routine analysis support, method development, and qualification.
- Execute critical experiments and deliverables.
- Conduct error-free analysis, documentation, and technology transfer.
- Prepare protocols, reports, and manuscripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development projects.
- Perform stability studies, HPLC/UPLC calibration, and equipment maintenance.
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Industrial Biotechnology, or related fields (0–1 year industrial experience).
OR - Master’s in the above disciplines with 4–6 years of industrial experience.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of protein structure, stability, and therapeutic proteins (e.g., monoclonal antibodies).
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, UPLC, electrophoresis, spectroscopy, and chromatography (SEC, IEX, RP, affinity).
- Familiarity with ELISA, western blotting, and bioassays.
- Method development and validation expertise.
Behavioral Skills
- Strong learning orientation and adaptability.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and build positive professional relationships.
