Role Summary:
The Clinical Excellence Executive will support clinical quality initiatives across QI Spine clinics. This field-intensive role involves quality monitoring, data analysis, audits, and collaboration with clinic, operations, and product teams to improve patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Care Quality Monitoring & Issue Resolution
• Monitor adherence to clinical protocols and patient care standards
• Document and address care quality deviations with clinic teams
• Implement timely corrective actions -
Data Analysis & Performance Insights
• Analyze clinical and operational data for trends and process gaps
• Create regular dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
• Support Clinical Excellence Manager with actionable insights -
Clinic Visits & Field Audits
• Conduct audits of clinical processes and system usage
• Ensure on-ground compliance with protocols
• Capture observations and propose process improvements -
Product & Tool Support
• Facilitate adoption of tools like Doctor QI
• Collect user feedback for tech/product teams
• Train clinic staff on system updates and workflow changes
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Operations, or related field
• Certifications in healthcare quality, clinical audits, or public health are a plus
Experience:
• 0–1 year (freshers with relevant internships will be considered)
• Candidates with 1+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare audits, or process improvement are welcome
Skills & Attributes:
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable using Excel and data dashboards
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare compliance
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and field-ready
• High integrity and accountability in handling sensitive clinical data
