Job Description
As a Project Support Analyst at Clario, you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical trials. Your responsibilities include managing study workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with
GxP and company SOPs. You will work with cutting-edge tools to perform redaction, translations, and document quality reviews while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and complete events in study workflows (creation, resumption, cancellation, and step assignment).
- Perform image, video, and document quality reviews, redaction, and source data preparation.
- Facilitate the translation of source documents and create DICOM image links.
- Provision customer user accounts within assigned studies.
- Use specialized tools (e.g., SightHound, PDF redaction) for redaction tasks.
- Issue queries, follow up with study sites, and escalate issues jeopardizing timelines.
- Assist with final study closeout deliverables.
- Attend project/team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional members.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, study protocols, and company SOPs.
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in clinical trials, healthcare, or related fields (1+ year preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- English fluency (written and verbal).
- Ability to identify PII/PHI and ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams with professionalism and initiative.
