About the Role
We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Client Service Associate I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of client projects.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the client’s main point of contact for Contract/Change Order drafting to execution.
- Drafting project budgets/budget amendments and Change Order documents.
- Assisting in the development of client service strategies for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Providing administrative support, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
