Job Description
The Healthcare Executive will be responsible for promoting Pfizer’s CNS product portfolio in the assigned territory, engaging with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth. This role offers opportunities for professional development, performance-based rewards, and the chance
to contribute to a fast-growing therapeutic segment.Key Responsibilities
- Promote CNS-focused products to healthcare professionals across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, and key opinion leaders.
- Execute business plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharma sales (CNS or neuropsychiatric segment preferred).
- Strong communication, scientific explanation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory.
