Job Description
The Application Specialist FMT will provide technical support, application knowledge, and product expertise to customers and internal teams. The role involves supporting sales in product presentations, demonstrations, trials, and training, ensuring the successful validation and implementation of products. The specialist will also analyze customer processes, troubleshoot quality issues, and deliver feedback for product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales with product presentations, demonstrations, and application trials.
- Provide technical expertise for product design, positioning, and customer training.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and support quality complaint processes.
- Collect and analyze product performance and customer feedback.
- Conduct competitor analysis and report management insights.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and customer seminars.
- Collaborate with teams to define trial scope, acceptance criteria, and prepare reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- An academic degree in Biotechnology, Biological Engineering, or Life Sciences.
- Familiarity with laboratory processes, equipment, and application technologies.
- Experience in a similar industry role is preferred.
- Strong learning ability with a solid foundation in knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluent in English (local languages a plus).
