About the Role
Alcon Bioactive Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Executive to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in providing technical expertise in distillery processes, fermentation, enzyme applications, and utility support. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support process improvements and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for distillery processes at client locations.
• Assist in process optimization, improvement, and troubleshooting related to fermentation and enzyme applications.
• Monitor and manage Condensate Polishing Unit (CPU) operations.
• Support clients in the application of cooling tower chemicals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables and technical objectives are achieved.
• Conduct training, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Document technical findings and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Science / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Alcohol Technology / Sugar Technology.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in distillery processes, fermentation, or related fields.
Key Skills Required
• Strong understanding of distillery operations and processes.
• Hands-on experience with enzymes and fermentation technologies.
• Knowledge of CPU (Condensate Polishing Unit) systems.
• Exposure to cooling tower chemicals and their applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.
